Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellation is free and fully refunded up to 72 h before the meeting.

To cancel, go to “My bookings”, open the relevant booking and click “Cancel”.

To change a date, contact your Sharer directly via messaging — they can offer another slot.

After the 72 h window, the first deposit goes to the Sharer.
